Rokolos Ride contest — Privacy notice

Who we are

Hula Hops Brewing LTD, Ioanni Gripari 11, Flat 2, Nicosia, Cyprus, is responsible (the "controller") for the personal data collected through the Rokolos Ride contest. You can contact us about your data at beer@crosslinebrewing.com.

What we collect

• The name and phone number you enter when you take part.
• Your scores, and a recording of each game you submit (the taps made during the ride), so we can check that scores are genuine.
• Your IP address, your browser type and the time of each submission.

You can play the game without entering the contest; nothing is sent to us unless you enter.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To run the contest, pick the winner and contact them. We do this with your consent, which you give when you enter (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To keep the contest fair and prevent cheating and abuse, using the game recordings, IP addresses and browser types. This is our legitimate interest in running a fair contest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them or share them with anyone else, apart from the providers who host our website and store the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We delete all contest entries within 30 days after the contest ends. The winner's name and phone number are kept only for as long as we need them to hand over the prize and meet any legal obligations.

Stored on your device

When you enter, your name and phone number are saved in your browser's local storage on your device, so that your later personal bests can be sent automatically. To remove them, tap "Not you?" after a score is sent, or clear this site's data in your browser. The in-game high-score table is also kept only on your device and is never sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent removes your entries from the contest; it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).

Who can take part

The contest is open only to people of legal drinking age.
